Through my offerings, I’m committed to bringing you a new way of experiencing and managing your health - beyond just the physical. I'm passionate about working with busy mums to overhaul their lives and prioritize their health and wellness in a way that feels achievable, attainable, enjoyable and actually produces results.

Over here, there’s no such thing as eating 20 portions of fruit and veg a day and exercising for 10 hours a week. We look at your OVERALL health, from mind, to body, to soul and come up with plans and strategies that provide optimized wellness across every area of your life.

 

Because physical health is not just about moving your body and eating the right stuff, it is also about reducing stress, enjoying satisfying relationships and other key lifestyle factors so that you can become the most alive, aligned and healthy version of yourself.

VIP HEALTH IMMERSION

In this 12 week private container we will delve into all things holistic health- self love, movement, nutrition, spirituality and healing the parts of you that have held you back from living your best life until now. You will learn how to truly love and nourish yourself without compromising other areas of your life and discover how to up level your daily routine to incorporate easy to follow health hacks and unlock a vibrancy in yourself you never knew existed. By the end of this container you will feel happier in your body, you’ll feel more peace, more energised and you’ll experience significant improvements in your physical, mental and spiritual health as well as your relationships with others.

HEALTH & WELLNESS KICKSTART

A 6 week course to kickstart your health including a combination of personal training sessions and a tailored easy to follow nutritional plan.

Throughout the 6 weeks I will hold you accountable with weekly check ins on top of your twice weekly PT sessions, as well as a follow up nutritional consultation in week 6 to make any necessary tweaks to your plan.

On completion of the course you'll have all the knowledge and tools needed to lead a healthier lifestyle, leaving you feeling happier, more vibrant and able to live life to it's fullest.

NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION

A 90 minute consultation addressing any symptoms that you may be suffering and looking at your overall wellbeing. A case taking of your medical history and current eating habits will help me identify any causative factors in your current health. This enables me to develop a tailored and comprehensive health plan which not only addresses diet but also includes lifestyle pointers to help improve your overall health and wellbeing. Supplement recommendations will be made and, if deemed necessary, specific functional testing will also be advised.

We will have a follow up call 6 weeks later to make any necessary changes to your plan and address any new symptoms you may have.
